By placing an order, customer consents to and agrees to abide by any and all of the following Terms and Conditions.

Our website prices are updated as often as possible. However, due to the dynamic nature of the computer industry and forex fluctuations, some products, prices, manufacturer promotions or offers may change before updating this website. In the event of an unexpected cost increase or other change, we will contact you to determine whether you want to continue your order at the new price or cancel your order. We reserve the right to decline the acceptance of any orders.

While CrownCrystal Tech makes every effort to ensure the accuracy of the data, this website could include typographical errors and technical inaccuracies. In addition, photos may not represent actual products.

• Orders are processed timely after the payment verification.
• We only ship to confirmed order addresses. Your order address MUST MATCH your Shipping address.
• The images shown may vary and might not be the exact image of the item and are for your reference only, but you shall receive the exact product described

Manufacturer warranties apply to your purchase. CrownCrystal Tech disclaims all other warranties including but not limited to warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

1. a) CrownCrystal Tech Ltd is an OEM Partner and not the OEM. We will happily honour any valid warranty claims within the OEM limit.

(b) All Warranty claims are subject to the OEM Validity Period.
(c) Spare replacements are subject to the OEM’s stock availability.
(d) Customers will be required to pre-pay the return shipping on all warranty items.
(e) All items come with Standard Warranty and not Support Services. This will require additional payment and shall be binding on the OEM.

In no event shall CrownCrystal Tech be liable for any damages caused by any product or failure of such product to perform, whether or not advised of the possibility of such damage and regardless of the theory of liability pursuant to which such damages may be sought.

Customer agrees to follow the CrownCrystal Tech Policy to request a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) from CrownCrystal Tech before attempting to return any products.

If Customer makes any claims against CrownCrystal Tech, Customer agrees that the venue for such claims will be in the County of Nigeria

If necessary, Customer authorizes CrownCrystal Tech to charge their Credit Card for any Restocking, or other charges, in addition to the cost of the products to include shipping charges for any product returned.
